Sourcing at origin
Farm-gate buying across Nasarawa, Benue, Taraba and Jigawa through our own network of local buying agents. Moisture and admixture are checked at the point of aggregation, before a lot ever reaches a warehouse.

Processing & quality
Cleaning, de-stoning, grading and colour-sorting to your specification. Every lot is sampled and tested at independent laboratories before it is offered or shipped.

Export & logistics
Bagging to your specification, supervised container stuffing, pre-shipment inspection on request, and the complete export document set, coordinated to your destination port.

The paperwork is the product.
Six documents travel with every container. Ask for any of them, or for a split sample to your nominated lab.
If a parcel misses the agreed specification, neither side's in-house result settles it. We contract on FOSFA terms, where the seed is warranted to meet specification at the time and place of shipment and the result is established by the contract's sampling and analysis clause, with sealed sets retained on both sides.

The questions that come first.
Is AgroMax a registered Nigerian exporter, and can I verify it independently?
Yes, and both numbers are public record. AgroMAX Limited is incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 9745814, searchable by name or number in the CAC register, and registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council as an exporter, verifiable on the NEPC portal. Neither number is ours to issue and neither requires contacting us to check.
What is the minimum order for Nigerian sesame?
One 20ft FCL, which is roughly 19 MT of natural sesame in 50 kg bags or 18 MT of hulled sesame in 25 kg bags. Programmes of 100 MT and above normally ship in 40ft containers at 26 MT and 25 MT respectively.
What happens if a shipment does not meet the agreed specification?
Neither side's in-house analysis settles it. We contract on FOSFA terms, under which the seed is warranted to meet the agreed specification at the time and place of shipment, and the binding result comes from the contract's sampling and analysis clause — samples drawn and sealed at loading, analysed by FOSFA member analysts, with sealed sets retained on both sides against arbitration. The basis is agreed in writing before we quote rather than argued afterwards.
Can you meet my destination market's aflatoxin and residue limits?
Tell us the destination and we will quote against its limits. Our published guide to aflatoxin, Salmonella and residue limits traces every figure to the regulation that sets it rather than repeating a number, and the compliance limit checker returns the applicable limits for a chosen destination. Every lot is sampled and tested at an independent laboratory before it is offered or shipped.
